Richard A. / Torino & Curlew Lake

I'm afraid I take a negative stance on Torino. My personal thoughts is that this is a mining company in disguise. By that, I mean the direction in share movement is based upon stock promotion, not so much the progress of the company. If I held shares in the company, I would want to know when the next push on the stock will take place and plan on getting out of it during that period and into something else. Mind you, I don't know that much about the company -- just know it's hyped quite a little in promoters hands.

Curlew Lake's growth plan appears to be via very small interests in major plays with other well recognized oil and gas producers. My investment criteria doesn't favor this type of operation. I imagine once they grow production to a certain level, they will become more involved with acquiring additional lands where they will carry a higher interest in the plays associated with that land. Further, hopefully they can serve as the operator on these lands and gain some control of their destiny. I would assume that major interests would be focused on exploitation and developement on these lands. To enter into exploration, They would have to again, step up to another level.

Keep in mind, just one man's opinion.
