I don't think these elite analysts are DIM in the head or something, they simply have a different agenda. There is always a tendency for them to upgrade a stock at the top and downgrade when the stock hits the pits----isn't this obvious what they are doing?

That is how the institutions make money: build cheap stock inventories after their analysts talk it down and sell at the top when the small investors are lulled into the arena,

Believe me, they know their stuff and are being paid handsomely for it.
