This is a copy of a post from Stock house.com...any thoughts for discussion here ?

Time will tell who is right. So far the shorts are winning the battle and ultimately will win the war. My reasons bii will go to zero
are stated below.

One thing I noticed about you longs is that you often say "bii is going to $5" or "Big news coming" or "Big movement up
shortly, Buy ASAP". But you never back it with any facts.

On the other hand, shorters state their reasons why the downward move. Here is a short list on why bid.com will move down
from here.

1) The trend is your friend. Bids has been trending down for more than 2 years.

2) It makes lower highs and lower lows all the time. (Very bad sign).

3) It goes up on low volume and then SMACK a MM will sell a ton of shares on the market. Sell on any uptick works here.

4) No instititions have lost money on bids, only the retail guy has been burned.

5) Almost all the volume on a daily basis for a long while has come from the retail investor.

6) Just before a news release, big instititions will buy 50K and drive the price up and then on the day of the news release,
SMACK 50K + more as a market sell order.

7) Don't you ever wonder how these big institions find out about an upcoming news release and get the jump on the buying.
DUH, figure it out.

8) Earnings are scheduled to be released on Feb 21 and with big companies all disappointing, bii will disappoint even more.
Alot of Dot Com companies when they announce also announce layoffs and downsizing and number of months of cash
remaining. Beware of very bad news and I think bid.com stock will get cut in half after this announcement.

9) Bid.com is a Pump and Dump stock. No real investors are in it.

10) Decreasing Revenues, increasing losses and cash burn rate high.

11) Bids I believe is short of cash, No chance of future financing and no real chance of ever turning a profit.

I can continue on but I think you get the point. Sorry, but thats how I see the stock. It is a shorters dream because I believe it
is going to zer
