Sounds like Gates is starting to play with the concept of "social engineering"; a characteristic of a Socialist mind not a Capitalist one. I thought Conservatives frowned on gambling and yet here is Bill vying for control of something called the "People's Lottery".

What next, the "People's Car"? Maybe he can decide what automobile is best for me too.
