On CNBC, Joe Kernan is now explaining the Israel fab conversion vis-a-vis the TX Flash memory FAB slowdown - he said that the market appears to have misunderstood the Intel plant shutdown announcement today and he tried to explain what it was really about - he said he not sure if he got the explanation across correctly. bg
