There's never been much doubt that a deal with IBM will happen sooner or later. My point is that the msc claimed authoritatively that there would be a specific announcement regarding the WaveMeter in a specific IBM product. That claim -- just like the current claim -- was written as if it were based on some specific information that msc123 had. We all knew about the article -- it doesn't mitigate the misleading quality of that earlier post.

I'm not trying to start a war here, but I believe that these big prouncements without any supporting evidence are harmful to the board and need to be scrutinized. I could get on any time and claim that WAVX had just signed a deal with whomever. It would be irresponsible to do that without making some big qualifications and giving some indication of how I was coming across this information.
