*Medwave Inc., St. Paul, said Children's Hospital of Boston
will expand its clinical study of the Vasotrac APM205A
continual non-invasive blood pressure monitor on children.
The expanded study will focus on the use of the monitor during
surgical procedures.

*Urologix Inc., Plymouth, said revenue for its second quarter
ended Dec. 31 is expected to be $5.3 million, up 65 percent
from the $3.2 million recorded in the second quarter of fiscal
2001.

*CCBN, Boston, provider of Internet-based shareholder
services, has formed a a strategic marketing alliance with
Merrill Corp., St. Paul. CCBN also has acquired certain assets
of Merrill's IR Edge product line.

*LecTec Corp., Minnetonka, said its board of directors has
retained the investment banking firm of Goldsmith, Agio,
Helms Securities Inc., Minneapolis, to assist the board in
evaluating strategic options.

*Altera Corp., a supplier of programmable logic devices, has
certified Logic Product Development, Minneapolis, as one of
three national design services partners for its new Mercury
device family.

*NRG Energy Inc., Minneapolis, said it has not received
formal notice of the cancellation of its proposed acquisition of
a partial interest in Estonia's energy system. The company
responded to reports that the Estonian government had
deferred the pending sale until the new government decides
how it wants to proceed.

*Printware Inc., Mendota Heights, said its board of directors
has approved a plan to liquidate the net assets of the company.
The announcement relates only to Printware Inc. and does not
affect the operations or status of Printware LLC, a privately
held company that acquired and is continuing to operate the
Printware branded computer-to-plate business.

*Bio-Life Systems Inc. has merged with Educational Services
International Inc., Minneapolis. The new trading symbol is
EDSI. Educational Services is the parent company of TSG
Education Inc., an authorized training provider for IBM
Learning Services.

*U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 5 has filed a
complaint against Milsolv Minnesota Corp., Menominee, Wis.,
for alleged violation of the Resource Conservation and
Recovery Act. EPA alleges that the Milsolv facility in Roseville
treated hazardous waste without a permit from 1998 to 2000.
A $358,678 fine is proposed.

*PPT Vision Inc., Eden Prairie, has received a repeat order for
a PPT861 inspection system from a manufacturer of hard disk
drives. The PPT861 system is used for profiling and inspection
of hard-drive suspensions and suspension assemblies.
