Michelle -- Checked out stories on Reg S. Some contain lurid details of deals that smell a whole lot like the one announced today -- including converts with some similar terms and the drop in stock prices that followed. Offshore or not -- this debt offering smells like a pile of dung in the tent. How long till the equity market picks up the scent?
