Jens, isn't today the day that ARET was going to break ground on one of its many projects that are still in limbo? What do you think the delay is. Does ARET have one approved contract as yet? It is amazing on how ARET has millions and millions and millions of loan commitments but they cant even build 1/ $60,000 house as yet! Best Regards
