It will be nice if ACTL buys GATED above 3-4 level. If that does not happen and no new big institution has interests on GATED unlike the company's prediction, the next worry for small investors like us would be if there is any big possibility of dilution of shares. Company's announcement of clear financial plan for next 12 months will help small investors.
