George, I interpretted Mr Murphy's scenario the same way KR did. I hope your read is correct that the "acquisition that was brought to DCTC" was to acquire DCTC but Mr. Murphy DID NOT SAY that. It was more reasonable to think it was another company being brought to DCTC to be acquired by DCTC. In either case, the buying makes no sense. If the group were proposing to buy DCTC and bought shares in advance, THAT IS HIGHLY ILLEGAL! That is why I doubt that is the scenario Mr. Murphy described. Keep asking away. We might as well sort through all the BS so when the "high impact" wave hits, the coast is clear for a nice runup!! vi
