The basic line is that the stock was trading at 3-4c a share before the first REG S hosing.

Then the stock dropped after the announcement that we were merging with a new comany with no current business looking to buy tire companies. - A market sector with low P/E ratio.

Next - the first act these guys do to "INCREASE SHAREHOLDER VALUE" is to reverse 300/1 not 5/1 or even 10/1 but 300/1 and keep a handy 50mm share authorized. And they announce it BEFORE they announce the merger is closed.

Now the only reason these guys are running scared is that they are afraid that the share price HAS risked their acqusition deal(s). They don't give a damn how much we stand to loose (or have lost in my case). Remember if the share price drops more after the split, (it may) then they will only be able to make one or two acquisitions of say a $5mm company.

share price - shares req'd - possible number of $5mm acqusitions:
0.3 ------------- 16mm ----------------- 3
0.5 ------------- 10mm ----------------- 5
$1 ------------- 5mm ----------------- 10
$5 ------------- 1mm ----------------- 50

Of course I'm SURE they won't do another reverse split.
