RE: GMST ITC=International Trade Commission (I think). It's a body that is ruling on whether Scientific Atlanta and a few other companies have infringed on GMST's patents. GMST has been hit due to concern that the ITC may not rule in GMST's favor. However, the ruling covers only four patents in GMST's extensive patent portfolio. Andy
