I think that you means refugees. I believed that we have a very good welfare system and health care system here in Canada. I can not denied that such a system would leads to abuse by users. We even have people from south of the boarder illegally using our health care system. We, the people of Canada tend to trust each other and we don't even have a photo on our health card. As for Chinese immigrants, they are mostly hard working people. There is none among my friends that is collecting welfare. I know best for I am one. A Chinese Canadian and Chinese in my case is only an adjective.
