InVitro has not updated any portion of their web site since Oct. 1, 1997. It is difficult to get any good information on the company, as well as on the shareholder meeting. We can assume (since the stock price is in a downward spiral) that nothing overwhelming has occured (as per any possible news as a result of the shareholder meeting). If anyone out there has any details, please let us know! I will be the first buyer in line when this stock hits sub-penny prices. This may be the only way for us shareholders to afford to buy the entire public float. We will have to wait and see how low the price will go.
