Need to look more at specific property types within various markets. Biggest disaster IMHO will be new high end condos in many Florida markets along with high end condos in other urban areas from San Diego to Manhattan. Could drop easily 60%+ in many markets while the drop in median priced single family in the same market could be as little as say 15-25% in the same Florida.
