Jim,

My understanding of the fees is as follows and someone can correct me if I'm wrong. Winners receives a 4% processing fee on each transaction with the casinos - when you transfer money from Winners to the casino they get 4% and when you transfer money back to Winners from the casino they get another 4%. These fees are paid directly by the casino, not the customer. The customer never pays a fee for using the Winner's system - not even with your original deposit whether it be by credit card, wire transfer etc.

The 7 casinos that are currently using the system are, however, presently charging the customer this same fee (4%). This is entirely up to the casinos discretion. Since most casinos do not charge a processing fee, I think this will eventually change because of competitive factors.
