Millstream Discovers New Massive Sulphide Zone at Potter

TORONTO, ONTARIO - March 30, 2007) - Millstream Mines Ltd., MLM/TSXV, NJD/FNKFRT, is pleased to report its 5th diamond drill hole, S-07-04, at its Potter Property's (VMS type deposit) 2006-07 exploration program, after having intersected two (2) separate massive sulphide (MASU) mineralized zones (see PR Mar. 27, '07), continued on to discover a new mineralized MASU zone located further to the north of all other previously reported zones.

The location of diamond drill hole S-07-04 is approximately 1 metre behind drill hole S-98-05, but dipping at a steeper angle and is targeted to test the area below and west along strike of the intersections of S-98-05.

Drill Core intervals are being prepared for submission to Swastika Laboratories for assaying in the near future.

Further drilling and investigation is continuing on the property to ascertain the horizontal and vertical extent of the stacked mineralized zones north, south, above, and below the past mine workings.

The Potter Property is located in the highly prolific Abitibi Greenstone Belt in the Kidd-Munro Assemblage near the town of Matheson in north eastern Ontario, Canada.

Management has reviewed this report and press release with the company's consultant Edward Bettiol, P. Eng, and David Gamble, P. Geo, both being designated qualified persons for the property per NI 43-101.

The principle objective of Millstream Mines Ltd. is to enhance and develop known mineral properties to production potential.
