Has he really? Caving would be to disband.

Telling the clerics to choose between him and Maliki is playing hardball.

Now, in Maliki's favor, Iran wants a strong central government in Iraq. Odds are, the clerics won't say anything. Which hardly counts as a win for Maliki. But, you never know.


What's annoying is that Sadr has been playing this game for years but it still requires us to explain it to Brumar and i-node. Apparently, their self professed 'genius' is in war games, and not political games.
