A GOP Congress will never do that. A Democratic Congress will have to assign a lot more resources to him to do what you want.

As a point of comparison, how long did the Clinton and Nixon investigations take? And those investigators did not have to deal with a foreign government using trained agents and covering its tracks. So I am personally impressed with how much he has been able to do in so little time and with so few resources.
