Not clairvoyant, I've just followed this stock for too long. This vote will be interesting since Harbinger no longer holds 20%+ of the shares. But I can see how this scenario unfolds, we get a 3:1 reverse split, but since fry guy revenues can no longer support the beast they'll have to issue more shares to stay afloat. A vicious cycle. I will be voting no to a reverse split. I dont care at this point if we go to the pink sheets. Let these guys prove they are worth being listed on NASDAQ based on sound business practices, not artificially propped up share prices.
