I do my own thinking. As for being a sucker, if you're an average middleclass family and you think the Bush economics and tax policies are not hurting you, you're a sucker. Like that breast cancer speech Bush made promising $$ and care, then going ahead and slashing breast cancer test benefits by some 40%. Defending women and children doesn't make you a wimp, it makes you a good person. They need protection against the onslaught of Bushie slash and burn policies regarding important social programs. Ditto for the environment which affects us all. It needs strong protection.
