I believe this is one area where the majority of believers know that their immortal spirit goes to heaven at death. I believe this one is nothing more than as Hank Hannegrafe sp?? would put it "traditional teaching of the christian faith". ie, not necessarily grounded in scripture. It's ok, either way, it's instantaneous. There is no waiting in my belief because hades is the imperceptible or the unseen, so there is no works or knowledge there.
