Tom Hardware recieved a 200 mhz C6 to test:

Centaur has kept their word and shipped me a C6 200MHz system for
testing. It arrived unfortunately when I was away, but I'll start testing itnow. This one should give us some real information about the
performance of the C6, better than the old 150 MHz CPUs.

Well at least we now know that they have produced a 200Mhz version.
