Inode, the hypocrisy of the Washington Post columnist was evident in the first sentence:

> The decision to reduce the length of Army combat tours in Iraq is an internal matter of policy for the Pentagon.

But the decision to lengthen said tours or employ stop-loss policy is a public matter, especially for mainstream media. That includes the Hollywood movie "Stop-Loss" in theaters right now.

When it comes to liberal elitists, the rules never apply to themselves.
