I think you're wrong -- it won't take any circumstances that put a case in the national spotlight from now on. The die is cast. It is now clear that the National Gov't can deprive people of "due process" and have huge public support while doing so. I just can't get rid of that nagging thought about 1936 Germany. Folks enjoyed that show too. Constitutional toilet paper is getting closer to reality. jim
