There will be 906K DVD player units shipped to the USA market.
They will be coming in to New York, Boston, LA, SF and Houston, etc.
through the customs from Europe(mainly Philips or
its Magnovox subsidiary in US), Japan(Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore)
,South Korea and perhaps Taipei and Hong Kong, China.
If Panasonic and Pioneer want to stuff the channel, they can each ship
50K units more to their channels, then the units would be over
1,000,000.(I am just joking, I am sure the Panasonics and Pioneers
won't do it, these actions cause inventory problems....)
