A Good Day For Novell <Anyone know why the stock went up today. Solid volume> Lets speculate. The shorts are covering because the stock held up better than they expected. There are new product introductions with a great deal of promise. The upside potential outweighs the downside risk at these prices. Sentiment changes on Wall St. quickly and some people realize looking at Intel, Netscape and others that here again with Novell they are going to be left behind. End of speculation. If Novell can execute with an intranet strategy, many people that have given up on the stock will be surprised. Also as someone posted earlier, Marengi is chopping out layers of management and taking his interregnum opportunity seriously. In any case it vindicates those of us that had the guts to buy. We will be more vindicated if it goes up Friday through 10 3/4 and holds through the options expirations.
