I think it's high time that we cracked down on huge landowners who know or have reason to know that Mexican drug cartels are growing the stuff on their land.

The Forest Service law enforcement arm claims to interdict more marijuana than the FBI and DEA combined.

I know marijuana is grown on national forest lands. I've seen some small failed plantations and other evidence. I know of one operation that was discovered and reported but the dope was harvested before the FS blew up the cabin they were using to farm it.

In any case, it's intolerable.
