Your comments are consistent with those of the STF-IR person who said that the companies had an interest in the land to be sold on April 1st. Given the past track record with STF/BEA, I am puzzled how the price goes up and the rights are exercised in the absence of some formal or informal information in the marketplace. It almost becomes a Catch 22 in that without the funds from the rights, the ability to participate in the land sales and related development may be limited but if info is released to help the share price, that could raise the cost of acquiring the land. It really is a puzzling situation if there is a legitimate interest by the players in acquiring significant land rights in April.
