I agree with you 100% Vegas. TSIG AND IHTL are both stocks you can safely buy and should buy soon, imho. They are rare investor type Penny stocks that have incredible stories and potential. They may not move up much in the next couple weeks, but one of these days, they will really get discovered by heavy hitters and take off.

You picked 2 stocks that really excite me.....Daytraders won't like them much until they take off, but investors should really DD them hard and soon. If you have a little patience they are both $3.00 stocks in a few months easy and very little risk. They could even hit $10 by fall, although that is by no means assured.
