I read several of those. To me this one describes the situation. slate.com Chiquita admitted that it had illegally paid protection money to a terrorist group. Holder's negotiations with Justice Department resolved the illegal payments violations. Chiquita did not admit that it had funded right wing terrorists to kill trade unionists. Evidently, Justice Dept was happy not to pursue further investigation. Lawyers get paid to represent smarmy clients.
