Don, been there(still there), done that( wish I had not and saved my money). Agree with Spots, 64mb memory will make a lot of difference. Would not upgrade the CPU. I went from a 28.8 to 56 x2 v.90 and see little difference. Phone lines are old here and never log on over 37333. The 28.8 is OK. or maybe a el-cheepo 33k. The 256mb HD is small, so get rid of everything you can and keep it tweeked, you'll be OK. Regards, /jw
