I received a virus from a friend via e-mail this am, who didn't even know they were infected or sent it. I remember a conversation here and someone didn't care about anti virus software. That's fine, but if your machine is infected you could be passing viruses / worms along to your recipients without even knowing it.

For people running updated virus software, it's very simple fixing this situation. But you people who are not running anti-virus software, do everyone a favour, spend 30 bucks and buy some, for others sake.
