Lou Gerstner spends MOST of his time with CUSTOMERS. That's a FACT.

I think Novell is finally waking up to the fact that this is also a key part (if not THE key part) to remedying the problems of past.
All the $ spent on AD budgets and whatnot aren't going to mean squat
if Novell keeps getting notes like Dave Johnson sends.

Novell not only needs to get NOTICED as a player in this INTRANET
thing, but they also need to support their customer base, meet commitiments on announced software releases and upgrades, maintain and enhance employee morale, reduce headcount turnover, and a myriad of other things INCLUDING convincing the street that they ARE in fact a viable player, and NOT just because they WERE the darling, and they have a clean balance sheet and bucks in the bank. That's a tall order.
That's what the new CEO must deal with. That's what will make us ALL
a lot of money here. IMHO!
