From working in a developing country for some time I can tell you things like air quality so forth are not nearly as much concern as it is to survive.....they could not care less about the environment.....offically they (governments of developing countries) will tell you they do but really the cost is too high for them..... stinet.dtic.mil I lived and worked on one of the most polluted pieces of land on the planet....at least it was not radioactive.....Baku... Anyway point taken....and we are off topic.
