IN TOP OF THAT NOK is peacefully working with Idc,
ERICY it's in court with Idc and the 4/3 the hearing will start,open to public in texas,from the parallel case with HARRIS it's reasonable to expect that the hearing will look pretty sour for ERICY,unless A HUGE SETTLEMENT HAVE TO BE FINALIZED BEFORE 4/3.NOK will be the winner anyhow.
