Yes, triage is a fact of life in all systems that are used by people in times of overwhelming demand. Triage must be used in natural disaster, such as volcano, hurricane or tsunami. Triage must be used on battlefield. Senseless to air lift marine to state of the art facility in Germany for broken leg, just as senseless to prioritize someone in emergency room with sprained shoulder, when air and land ambulances are arriving with busted bodies and just as senseless to expect no triage or line waiting, when "i" arrive with a sore gut and expect immediate care.lol
