Thanks for all the good words on this thread. I am here in San Jose
and Novell just put us on credit hold again, without telling us as usual.


What I really found to be unconscionable though was that LAST Qtr
they put us on Credit Hold and would not ship Red Box Product
to us and effectively we lost several million in sales we would have
done in the Qtr. As I understand it this is mostly about increases in
prices to us and taking their business to other distributors like
Ingraham Micro.

This is really a top management fight and I am not really talking
about easily fixed stuff.

With the vast amount of Netware out there, it seems Novell
has a shot at being sucessful and I hope this new guy takes
charge soon. Or else Novell will be , like their software on
Fry's store shelves, RELEGATED to the corner. (Hello Upi!)
