He should be able to anwer for himself because I have yet to get an answer to my question but got your ... bla ... bla ... bla... instead. TMRT, the defendant in the California lawsuit, issued the present subpoena to InfoSpace pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 45(a)(2). The subpoena seeks, among other things, "[a]ll identifying information and documents, including, but not limited to, computerized or computer stored records and logs, electronic mail (E-mail), and postings on your online message boards," concerning a list of twenty-three InfoSpace users, including Truthseeker,....SUBPOENA QUASHED! How many subpoenas naming you have been quashed? cyber.law.harvard.edu
