Thanks for the heads-up, SS~~ Did you look through that filing? Did see again that GNET will be able to exercise their warrant to purchase 1,136,000 at $12.80...(till 2004, I believe) Looks like MSFT did exercise theirs on 7 Jan/00(707,965 at $28.25). What I think I saw was that 1,669,000 ordinary shares will be offered at $62.00....and that $40million has been invested in CTCH by GNET, Vulcan Ventures, and MFST. Also, that GNET and VV currently own 14%...and after the offering will own 12% of outstanding shares. page 55 is interesting also. Any other thoughts on this??? Anyone?? Looks like things will be more interesting soon! KLP
