Larry,

>How is an SEC investigation started?

Usually it starts with a few false claims of product performance followed by questionable trading practices by some of the major shareholders.

Having trouble arranging a viewing of DWM at IAS? Apparently my status with the protaganists is higher than that enjoyed by yourself. They offered to fly me to a demonstration. Perhaps they could pull a few strings and get you a bull session with Neldon himself and a first-hand look at the splendors of DWM. How about it gents -- anybody out there willing to help Larry get in to the IAS compound?

Also, can anybody explain how Neldon's hawking of stock and loaning some of the proceeds to IAS helps anybody besides himself? This only makes an already debt-ridden company even more so; making its shares worth less (or worthless?). If IAS can issue(give) 7,000,000+ shares to Neldon then why do they not issue new shares to the PUBLIC in order to raise badly needed capital?

You've done a great job on the technical explanations of why DWM cannot work as claimed. Of course, I was trained in the traditional concepts of empirical analysis and other archaic ways of thinking...
