Hi Yuedong,

I believe three cases are not considered as wash sale. They belong
to normal trading. Since they(buy, sell, buy again and sell again)
occur all in same year. If last traction did not occur in that year, thy will be considered as wash sell. Because you still own the share and
you took a captain loss. This is one case of wash sell.

By the way, even all three cases are normal trading. But capital
gain are different, First one (5-10+15-4)*100=$600. Second one
(5-10+15-5)*100=$500, Third one (5-10+15-6)=$400. How can it
be same?

Peter
