We have an number of online technologies for routing orders, getting reports including but not limited to our Video Conference Server, ICQ support, dynamic email, etc. but the primary means is by phone. Each phone is answered on our trading desk within 1 or 2 rings. Our hedge funds wouldnt do business any other way, nor should you.
