Ms. Payne, RE: even lying is protected speech Lying in order to manipulate stock prices is NOT protected speech. You better consult your experts on this one. BTW, RICO is a reality, not a fantasy. What was the case in Florida against Manuel P. Asencio all about? Wasn't he found guilty of FRAUD by a civil jury? Didn't they award punitive damages to the plaintiff? I didn't know of Mr. Asensio until three weeks ago, and my only common interest with Mr. Asensio is CCSI. Nothing may have come of his other reports, but this is a different matter, and RICO applies here.
