Well, it is pretty much the same as I would trade the stock, but you can hedge you position a lot better with options. I would look for some long term out of the money calls, like the Feb. or May 17 1/2 and hold on to them. I expect Q2 of 1998 to be the start of when the public at large starts to see the problem. I would use the in the money short term calls for trading purposes and trading on support and resistance.

The options are very new and the stock has not been very volatile in the last week or two. You many want to wait to see how they start trading once the stock starts to move before you jump in.
