Gary, what can I say? I agree with you completely, until this floorless Reg D is fully sold out the trend will stay down. I for one do not see a base even here at 1.125, I think that 1 will be breached and the climb back up will be strongly inhibited due to the oodles of stock available. Eventually, I would not be surprised to see a reverse split in TTRIF. But then, this should not be news to you, I have been saying this stock will be coming down for quite some time. By the way, this Reg D was a special "slow Leaking" version, if memory serves, whereby every month TTRIF would draw $2 MM out of the $24 MM in debentures, so how can IR say that the end of the reg D is close? Have the conditions on this debenture changed and I missed it? Zeev
