People are confused because Obama is confused and insecure. Obama's life has been about searching for his identity----he is not comfortble with his mixed race nor is he comfortable with his Muslim and atheist training that preceded his going to Wright's Church as he declared himself a Christian as he entered into politics. There was an early article in his campaign in which he mentions having made a conscious decision to join a church in Chicago in order to benefit his political career. I believe that this personal confusion is what we are witnessing in his serving as the titular POTUS. Ultimately, I believe that Obama is Muslim and will side with the Muslims if the occassion should arise-----a paraphrase of his own words.
