This thread will be useful for research that I will be doing for a corporate law class in which I will be analyzing the trading habits of people who share information over the internet. Actually, my research is on poison pills. I'm trying to determine if there is any shread of efficiency behind them, either at the IPO stage or mid-stream. I will head your warning and post my grades after the sememster next to my stock performance to see if there was any correlation. Gianluca
