Yahoo sums up the volume during a fixed amount of time, like 5 mins or something. DiscoverDirect shows each trade. There were no trades above 60,000 share. But there were a lot, right after it jumped down to $5 1/4. So the sum showed as 1M or so on Yahoo. Rex
